Tompkins Public Library Explores Human Origins

new-poster-8x11-human-origins-graphics-standardThe Tompkins County Public Library launches their three month exploration of what it means to be human on Tuesday, November 29 at 7 pm with a special ONE NIGHT ONLY screening of the first episode of the PBS series, “First Peoples.”

Co-presented by WSKG and the PRI, the FREE screening is just one of many community events taking place from November through February in conjunction with the opening of Exploring Human Origins: What Does It Mean to Be Human?, a Smithsonian/American Library Association traveling exhibit, which will be on display at the library through the end of December.
