Local filmmaker Marilyn Rivchin presents the premiere of her new feature documentary on the extraordinary wood-firing potter and kiln designer/builder, Julie Crosby. Crosby lives in Mecklenburg, NY, is a member of Handwork, and is a co-founder/organizer, with potters Julia e. Dean and Renata Wadsworth, of the Finger Lakes Pottery Tour. The film also features music by Ithaca’s Molly MacMIllan.

The special screening includes a short video by Kristine Tsui on potter Julia e. Dean.
Julia is the owner/director of the Clay School of Ithaca.
